Bookings - Terms & Conditions

Please read all the following terms and conditions. No exceptions are possible.

We reserve the right to accept or deny your booking request regardless of apartment availability.
Payment of deposit must be made only to our nominated banking account using the Booking Reference number provided within 7 days of booking acceptance. Deposits must be paid within 48 hours for booking dates that are within 2 weeks of submitting a booking form.
A bond of 300 Euro is to be paid in cash on arrival. This will be returned to you on departure. Any damages to the apartment or contents (including rental bicycles and our boat if used), or loss or theft of items within the apartment will result in loss of all or part of the Bond amount.
Bookings for additional services (boating tours, guest bicycles) will be confirmed on your arrival and are subject to availability and weather conditions.
Boating tours are to be paid for in cash on the day of the tour.
Bicycle hire is to be paid for in cash on arrival.
Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.
All payments during your stay are to be made in cash only. Euro currency is preferred. Payment in Kuna will be subject to the exchange rate published in the Guest Book.
