Our Booking Process

  • Fill out the details in the Booking Form and click the Send button to submit your booking request.
  • A copy of the Booking Form will be sent to your email address which includes information on the booking, prices, the booking process and terms and conditions.
  • We will review your request and once we accept it, we will send you an email confirming that your booking shall be held for 7 days, during which the deposit must be paid. If payment of the deposit is not received in this time, your booking request shall be cancelled and the apartment shall be available for others to book.
  • Once the deposit is received, we will send you an email confirming receipt of deposit, plus other information such as the remaining payment process and arrival instructions.
  • Payment of the remaining amount is to be made in cash on arrival before occupying the apartment.
